If you purchase clothing that is all White, we will not accept a return for any reason. Returns for White Clothing will not be accepted or allowed. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in termination of account.

All items purchased from ApplezxOrangez.net are eligible for only an exchange if there is a manufacture defect.

 

You are allowed 2 business days from the date you received your order to request an exchange for a manufacture defective item. Please make sure to check your items upon receiving. We will not accept any exchanges past the 2 business day mark.

 

We reserve the right to request pictures, in situations where applicable, to verify any claimed damages/manufacturer defective items or wrong items sent.

Items must be returned with the tag(s) attached. In situations where there was no tag attached, in the same way you received the item, not soiled and in such a condition that resale would be possible. Items returned in a bad condition or soiled, will be refused and returned to sender. We do not accept items in worn or used conditions. Any indications on the product which shows signs of usage (ie: perfume smell, deodorant marks, visible stains) will be refused and sent back to sender. No exceptions will be made.

 

In the event you receive the wrong item we will issue you a return label for you to ship back the incorrect item, if the correct item is available we will allow you to repurchase or exchange for the correct item. If the correct item is not in stock a refund or store credit will be issued. This only applies for Domestic Orders.

 

Failure to adhere to our Returns Policy will result in the termination of your account with ApplezxOrangez.net.

 

ApplezxOrangez will not consider a size issue as a manufacture defect.

 

No Exchanges will be accepted without proof of purchase.

 

All Purchases made with gift certificates/store credit cannot be returned.

 

Exchanges for defective merchandise (Instructions)

 

1) Please email us at applezxorangez@gmail.com with your Order # and the Style that has the Manufacture defect.

2) Within the email you must send us a Picture of the Manufacture Defect.

3) Please allow 24-48 Hours for a response about your exchange, ApplezxOrangez.net reserves the right to reject an exchange request if we deem the Item does not have a Manufacture Defect.

4) Once your exchange request is approved, instructions will be sent on how to return the merchandise back to us for inspection. Buyers will be responsible for the return shipping.

5) After we have received and approved your item is defective we will ship out a replacement. The replacement item will be the same style and size of the defective item. No exemptions will be made.

You will receive an email with your exchange I.D. number once your exchange has been authorized.

 

All return items will be inspected accordingly upon receipt. Any items that does not meet our return requirements may be refused and return back to the sender.

Once your order has been paid for, you will be contacted to arrange delivery or pick up.
