    If you purchase clothing that is all White, we will not accept a return for any reason. Returns for White Clothing will not be accepted or allowed.

    All items purchased from ApplezxOrangez.net are eligible for only an exchange if there is a manufacture defect or if the items purchased does not fit.

     

    You are allowed 2 business days from the date you received your order to request an exchange for either a manufacture defective item or if the item did not fit. Please make sure to check your items upon receiving. We will not accept any exchanges past the 2 business day mark.


    Items must be returned with the tag(s) attached. In situations where there was no tag attached, in the same way you received the item, not soiled and in such a condition that resale would be possible. Items returned in a bad condition or soiled, will be refused and returned to sender. We do not accept items in worn or used conditions. Any indications on the product which shows signs of usage (ie: perfume smell, deodorant marks, visible stains) will be refused. No exceptions will be made.

     

    ApplezxOrangez will not consider a size issue as a manufacture defect.

     

    No Exchanges will be accepted without proof of purchase.

     

    All Purchases made with gift certificates/store credit cannot be returned.

     

    Exchanges for defective merchandise (Instructions)

     

    1) Please email us at applezxorangez@gmail.com or Whatsapp us at (1246.824.7963) with your Invoice # and the Style that has the Manufacture defect.

    2) Within the email kindly include a Picture of the Manufacture Defect.

    3) Please allow 24-48 Hours for a response about your exchange, ApplezxOrangez.net reserves the right to reject an exchange request if we deem the Item does not have a Manufacture Defect.

    4) Once your exchange request is approved, instructions will be sent on how to return the merchandise back to us for inspection.

    5) After we have received and approved your item is defective we will arrange for a replacement. The replacement item will be the same style and size of the defective item. No exemptions will be made.
     

    All returned items will be inspected accordingly upon receipt. Any items that does not meet our return requirements may be refused.
